Monochromatic is first used in the experiment to get the homogeneous light with low light intensity, and then photoresistor is used to response to the homogeneous light to get the spectrum and the peak wave-length. Then,the homogeneous light with a certain wavelength is chosen to study the features of the photoresis-tor,such as its C-V characteristics and its irradiant features.
