目的：分析并探讨优质护理服务在肝癌高危人群个体化管理中的应用及效果。方法选择2014年10月-2015年3月该院收治的肝癌高危患者40例，对患者的肝癌知识水平进行评估，分析个体问题，针对性地开展肝癌知识的教育，分析并探讨护理效果。结果经过相关教育后，患者对肝癌知识更加了解，治疗的依从性明显提高。结论优质的护理服务不仅可以使治疗的肝癌患者的自我管理能力大大提升，还可以使患者更加配合医生的治疗，值得在临床上进行推广和应用。

Objective To analyze and explore the application and?effect of high quality nursing service in the high-risk population of liver cancer in the individual management.Methods A total of 40 liver cancer high risk patients in 2014 October~2015 year in March in our hospital patients, to assess the patients of liver cancer knowledge, analysis of individual problems, targeted to carry out the education of knowledge of liver cancer and to explore the nursing effect analysis. Results After education, a better under-standing of liver cancer patients with knowledge, treatment compliance improved significantly. Conclusion High quality nursing care can effectively improve the patients at high risk for liver cancer self-management ability, improve treatment compliance, quality of life in patients with body height,and is worth popularizing in clinical application.
