目的:对临床上胺碘酮治疗心律失常的效果进行探讨分析,从而提升临床疗效,减少患者死亡人数,提高治愈率。方法选取2014年12月-2015年4月期间我院心律失常患者42例作为观察组研究对象,采用胺碘酮治疗:另选取2014年12月-2015年4月采用常规治疗的心律失常患者42例作为对照组,对两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应进行对比。结果对比两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况:观察组治疗总有效率为100%显著高于对照组的81.1%,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);观察组患者用药后头晕、恶心、呕吐等不良反应发生概率为7.14%明显少于对照组的19.05%,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论临床上采用胺碘酮治疗心律失常疗效明显,能显著降低患者心律,改善患者病情,不良反应少,能有效控制心律失常状况,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of amiodarone in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmia, and to improve the clinical outcome, reduce the fatality rate, and increase the cure rate. Methods A total of 84 patients with cardiac arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from December 2014 to April 2015 were divided equally into observation group treated with amiodarone and control group treated with conventional method. Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group (100%vs 81.1%, P﹤0.05). The observation group showed a significantly lower rate of adverse reactions than the control group, including dizziness, nausea, and vomiting (7.14% vs 19.05%, P﹤0.05). Conclusion Amiodarone is effective in clinical treatment of cardiac arrhythmia. This treatment can reduce the heart rates of patients, alleviate the condition, reduce the adverse reactions, and control cardiac arrhythmia substantially, and is worth promoting for clinical applications.
