选择性冠状动脉造影是诊断冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）的金标准，但不是所有医院都有条件开展，且有一定的检查风险、费用较贵。目前用于诊断冠心病的无创检查手段有心电图、动态心电图和平板运动试验等，尤其体表心电图检查方便、快捷、价廉，在稳定型心绞痛、急性冠脉综合征等方面有其特征性改变，通过心电图的变化可以初步判断急性心肌梗死发生时的罪犯血管定位，所以体表心电图在诊断冠心病方面具有极其重要的价值。

Selective coronary angiography is regarded as a gold standard for the diagnosis of cor-onary atherosclerotic cardiopathy(coronary heart disease),but not all the hospitals are qualified for the testing,and additionally,it is risky in some extent and relatively expensive.At present,non-invasive testing methods for diagnosis of coronary heart disease include electrocardiogram(ECG), ambulatory electrocardiography,and treadmill exercise test,especially surface ECG which is con-venient,rapid and low-cost,and shows characteristic changes in cases of stable angina pectoris, acute coronary syndrome,etc.At the occurrence of acute myocardial infarction,culprit vessel’s po-sition can be prejudged through ECG changes,and therefore surface ECG is vital in diagnosing coro-nary heart disease.
