抗战时期，自贡盐业在国民政府要求川盐“增产赶运”以解决民食军需政策下具有举足轻重的地位。曾仰丰主政川康盐务管理局后，面对增产赶运需要与自贡盐业发展实际，采取了许多新的措施以解决盐业生产中的各种困难，体现了他一贯主张盐政管理的最高宗旨即是“裕国、利民、便商”，并与战时自贡盐业发展的目的紧密结合，取得了很大成功。
抗戰時期，自貢鹽業在國民政府要求川鹽“增產趕運”以解決民食軍需政策下具有舉足輕重的地位。曾仰豐主政川康鹽務管理跼後，麵對增產趕運需要與自貢鹽業髮展實際，採取瞭許多新的措施以解決鹽業生產中的各種睏難，體現瞭他一貫主張鹽政管理的最高宗旨即是“裕國、利民、便商”，併與戰時自貢鹽業髮展的目的緊密結閤，取得瞭很大成功。
항전시기，자공염업재국민정부요구천염“증산간운”이해결민식군수정책하구유거족경중적지위。증앙봉주정천강염무관리국후，면대증산간운수요여자공염업발전실제，채취료허다신적조시이해결염업생산중적각충곤난，체현료타일관주장염정관리적최고종지즉시“유국、이민、편상”，병여전시자공염업발전적목적긴밀결합，취득료흔대성공。
During the Anti-Japanese War, Zigong’s salt making industry played an important role in meeting salt needs of the people and army under the policy of “increasing production and rushing transportation” issued by the KMTgovernment. When Zeng Yangfeng governed the Chuan Kang Salt Administration, he faced the needs of increasing production and rushing transportation and the actual developing situation of Zigong’s salt industry. He adopted many new measures to resolve the various difficulties in salt production, reflecting his consistent objectives in salt administration, which he always insisted “to enrich the state, benefit the people and faciliate the business”. Zeng Yangfeng’s measures closely associated with the developing targets of Zigong’s salt industry, which was verified to be a great success.
