目的：探讨子宫骶韧带折叠及宫颈部分切除术治疗子宫脱垂的临床效果,以及对患者性生活质量的影响。方法收集子宫脱垂Ⅰ、Ⅱ度患者20例,采用骶韧带折叠及部分宫颈切除治疗,术后随访观察患者临床疗效及性生活质量。结果平均手术时间(57.22±7.08)min,术中平均出血量(81.37±12.90)ml,术后平均留置尿管时间(1.45±0.37)d,术后平均住院时间(4.30±0.57)d。手术结束时及术后随访1年,主观治愈率均为100%、客观治愈率均为100%。治疗前患者盆腔器官脱垂-尿失禁性生活问卷31(PISQ-31)评分为(65.27±9.05)分,治疗后6个月为(83.31±8.46)分,治疗后1年为(94.53±8.77)分,治疗后患者PISQ-31评分均高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫骶韧带折叠及宫颈部分切除治疗子宫脱垂临床疗效满意,显著提高患者性生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토자궁저인대절첩급궁경부분절제술치료자궁탈수적림상효과,이급대환자성생활질량적영향。방법수집자궁탈수Ⅰ、Ⅱ도환자20례,채용저인대절첩급부분궁경절제치료,술후수방관찰환자림상료효급성생활질량。결과평균수술시간(57.22±7.08)min,술중평균출혈량(81.37±12.90)ml,술후평균류치뇨관시간(1.45±0.37)d,술후평균주원시간(4.30±0.57)d。수술결속시급술후수방1년,주관치유솔균위100%、객관치유솔균위100%。치료전환자분강기관탈수-뇨실금성생활문권31(PISQ-31)평분위(65.27±9.05)분,치료후6개월위(83.31±8.46)분,치료후1년위(94.53±8.77)분,치료후환자PISQ-31평분균고우치료전,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론자궁저인대절첩급궁경부분절제치료자궁탈수림상료효만의,현저제고환자성생활질량,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate clinical effects by uterosacral ligament fold and partial trachelectomy in the treatment of uterine prolapsed, and their influence on quality of sexual life in patients. Methods There were 20 patients with degree Ⅰ and Ⅱuterine prolapsed, and they received uterosacral ligament fold and partial trachelectomy for treatment. Clinical effects and quality of sexual life in patients were observed by postoperative follow-up.Results The average operation time was (57.22±7.08) min, the average intraoperative bleeding volume was (81.37±12.90) ml, the average postoperative catheter retention time was (1.45±0.37) d, and the average postoperative hospital stay was (4.30±0.57) d. At the end of operation and after 1 year of follow-up, their subjective cure rate was 100%, and their objective cure rate was 100% as well. Prolapse and incontinence sexual function questionnaire-31 (PISQ-31) score was (65.27±9.05) points before treatment, and it was (83.31±8.46) points after 6 months of treatment. After 1 year of treatment, the score was (94.53±8.77) points. After treatment, patients had all higher PISQ-31 scores than those before treatment, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Implement of uterosacral ligament fold and partial trachelectomy has satisfactory clinical effect in the treatment of uterine prolapsed. This method can remarkably improve quality of sexual life in patients. It is worth clinical promotion and application.
