一个人的精神发育史就是他的阅读史。大学生的阅读状况（尤其是对传统经典的阅读状况）是一个国家国民素养最直接的体现。大学生开展经典阅读有其自身的优势和劣势，也有时代赋予的机会和面临的各种威胁。通过“SWOT分析”全面地认识大学生经典阅读行为，可以有的放矢地提出相应对策，具体对策包括：发挥国家政策的导向作用；加大经典阅读的宣传力度；开设经典阅读的创新课程；营造经典阅读的良好氛围；开展经典导读的实践活动；传授经典阅读的科学方法。

The development of a person's spirit reflects the history of his reading. College students' reading condition (especially that of their traditional classic reading) is the most direct embodiment of the national literacy of a country. There exists advantages and disadvantages in promoting classic reading among the college students. And also there are many opportunities and threats for it brought by the current era. Through "SWOT analysis", a comprehensive understanding of the college students' classic reading behavior can be achieved, and then the corresponding countermeasures can be formed: play the guiding role of national policy; strengthen the propaganda for classic reading; initiate a new classic-reading course; create a good classic-reading atmosphere;pass on a scientific method of the classics reading.
