通过对“农村教育硕士研究生”与“课程与教学论研究”生培养模式进行对比,探寻两者培养模式的共性和个性,在分析对比的基础上提出农村教育硕士研究生培养模式创新建议和改革对策,为农村教育硕士研究生培养模式的拓展和完善提供借鉴和参考。
通過對“農村教育碩士研究生”與“課程與教學論研究”生培養模式進行對比,探尋兩者培養模式的共性和箇性,在分析對比的基礎上提齣農村教育碩士研究生培養模式創新建議和改革對策,為農村教育碩士研究生培養模式的拓展和完善提供藉鑒和參攷。

This paper, by comparing the training models of ME program for the rural middle school teachers and ME program for the candidates oriented in curriculum and teaching methodology, attempts to probe into their similarities and differences, with the hope that it can offer some suggestions and measures for reforming the training mode of ME program for the rural middle school teachers, and provide reference for its expansion and improvement.
