Aerially seeded Pinus massoniana plantations%Schima superba%Soil enzyme%Soil nutrients
以飞播马尾松( Pinus massoniana)纯林及飞播马尾松—木荷( Schima superba)混交林2种林型为研究对象,探讨其土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶和酸性磷酸酶活性与土壤养分的变化及相关关系。结果表明:2种林型同一土层蔗糖酶活性、全氮质量分数、速效钾质量分数差异显著( P<0.05),脲酶活性在0~10 cm土层差异显著( P<0.05),酸性磷酸酶活性在>10~20 cm和>20~40 cm土层差异显著( P<0.05),全磷、有机质质量分数在0~10 cm、>10~20 cm土层差异显著( P<0.05);随着土层加深,2种林型土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、酸性磷酸酶和土壤养分均呈明显下降趋势;脲酶、蔗糖酶与全氮、全磷、速效氮、速效钾、有机质呈极显著正相关( P<0.01),与全钾呈显著正相关( P<0.05);酸性磷酸酶与全磷、速效磷、有机质呈极显著正相关( P<0.01),与速效氮呈显著正相关( P<0.05)。综合分析表明,飞播马尾松纯林补植木荷有利于提高土壤养分含量及脲酶、蔗糖酶的活性,改善土壤状况。
以飛播馬尾鬆( Pinus massoniana)純林及飛播馬尾鬆—木荷( Schima superba)混交林2種林型為研究對象,探討其土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶和痠性燐痠酶活性與土壤養分的變化及相關關繫。結果錶明:2種林型同一土層蔗糖酶活性、全氮質量分數、速效鉀質量分數差異顯著( P<0.05),脲酶活性在0~10 cm土層差異顯著( P<0.05),痠性燐痠酶活性在>10~20 cm和>20~40 cm土層差異顯著( P<0.05),全燐、有機質質量分數在0~10 cm、>10~20 cm土層差異顯著( P<0.05);隨著土層加深,2種林型土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、痠性燐痠酶和土壤養分均呈明顯下降趨勢;脲酶、蔗糖酶與全氮、全燐、速效氮、速效鉀、有機質呈極顯著正相關( P<0.01),與全鉀呈顯著正相關( P<0.05);痠性燐痠酶與全燐、速效燐、有機質呈極顯著正相關( P<0.01),與速效氮呈顯著正相關( P<0.05)。綜閤分析錶明,飛播馬尾鬆純林補植木荷有利于提高土壤養分含量及脲酶、蔗糖酶的活性,改善土壤狀況。
이비파마미송( Pinus massoniana)순림급비파마미송—목하( Schima superba)혼교림2충림형위연구대상,탐토기토양뇨매、자당매화산성린산매활성여토양양분적변화급상관관계。결과표명:2충림형동일토층자당매활성、전담질량분수、속효갑질량분수차이현저( P<0.05),뇨매활성재0~10 cm토층차이현저( P<0.05),산성린산매활성재>10~20 cm화>20~40 cm토층차이현저( P<0.05),전린、유궤질질량분수재0~10 cm、>10~20 cm토층차이현저( P<0.05);수착토층가심,2충림형토양뇨매、자당매、산성린산매화토양양분균정명현하강추세;뇨매、자당매여전담、전린、속효담、속효갑、유궤질정겁현저정상관( P<0.01),여전갑정현저정상관( P<0.05);산성린산매여전린、속효린、유궤질정겁현저정상관( P<0.01),여속효담정현저정상관( P<0.05)。종합분석표명,비파마미송순림보식목하유리우제고토양양분함량급뇨매、자당매적활성,개선토양상황。
We took the aerially seeded Pinus massoniana plantation and mixed forest of Pinus massoniana and Schima superb to study the variation and relation between soil nutrients and the activity of urease, invertase and acid phosphatase.The in-vertase, total nitrogen and available potassium of the two forest types at the same soil layer showed significant differences ( p<0.05) , the differences of urease of two forest types were significantly at 0-10 cm soil layer ( p<0.05) , while the differ-ences of acid phosphatase were significantly at >10-20 cm and >20-40 cm soil layers (p<0.05), and total P, organic mass fraction at 0-10 cm,>10-20 cm soil layers ( p<0.05) .The soil urease, invertase, acid phosphatase and soil nutri-ents of two forest types were significantly decreased with the increase of soil depth.The soil urease, invertase and total ni-trogen, total P, available N, available K and organic matter had a extremely significant positive correlation (p<0.01), a positive correlation with total potassium ( p<0.05) , acid phosphatase and total P , available P and organic matter had a ex-tremely significant positive correlation (p<0.01), and was positively correlated with available N (p<0.05).The aerially seeded Pinus massoniana plantation with Schima superb as complimentary planting can help to enhance soil nutrients, and activity in urease and invertase.
