建立了一种用微波消解-火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定土壤和沉积物中锰元素的方法。通过实验确立了酸消解体系,优化了微波消解条件。结果表明院当取样量为0.2g时,消解定容体积为50mL时,方法检出限为2mg/kg;校准曲线的相关系数大于0.999;测定实际土壤样品的精密度RSD为1.4~2.8%,标准土壤及沉积物样品的测试结果均在标准值范围之内,相对误差为-1.43~3.16%。

A quantitative analysis method for determination of Manganese in soil and sediment was established by microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The microwave digestion conditions were studied. The selected optimal digestion temperature was 230℃, under which the HNO3-HCl (v/v=1:1) system as the digestion solution was treated with soil samples. It was found that the detection limitation of this method was 2mg/kg; the linear coefficient was 0.999; the relative standard deviation of tested actual sample was 1.4~2.8%. All the tested results of standard soil and sediment samples were in the standard range. The relative tolerance was-1.43~3.16%.
