目的：观察拟缺香茶菜乙醚和乙酸乙酯提取物的体外抗肿瘤作用。方法：采用乙醚和乙酸乙酯依次提取得到拟缺香茶菜乙醚提取物和乙酸乙酯提取物，采用MTT法测定乙醚提取物和乙酸乙酯提取物对人肝癌细胞株HepG2、人食管癌细胞株EC9706和人乳头状甲状腺癌细胞株TPC-1增殖的抑制作用。结果：拟缺香茶菜乙醚和乙酸乙酯提取物对HepG2、EC9706和TPC-1细胞均有一定的增殖抑制作用（ P均＜0．001）。拟缺香茶菜乙醚提取物对HepG2、EC9706和TPC-1细胞的IC50均小于乙酸乙酯提取物对3种细胞的IC50（ t＝46．038、5．938、5．744，P均＜0．05）。结论：拟缺香茶菜乙醚提取物和乙酸乙酯提取物具有显著的体外抗肿瘤作用。
목적：관찰의결향다채을미화을산을지제취물적체외항종류작용。방법：채용을미화을산을지의차제취득도의결향다채을미제취물화을산을지제취물，채용MTT법측정을미제취물화을산을지제취물대인간암세포주HepG2、인식관암세포주EC9706화인유두상갑상선암세포주TPC-1증식적억제작용。결과：의결향다채을미화을산을지제취물대HepG2、EC9706화TPC-1세포균유일정적증식억제작용（ P균＜0．001）。의결향다채을미제취물대HepG2、EC9706화TPC-1세포적IC50균소우을산을지제취물대3충세포적IC50（ t＝46．038、5．938、5．744，P균＜0．05）。결론：의결향다채을미제취물화을산을지제취물구유현저적체외항종류작용。
Aim:To study the antitumor activity of Isodon excisoides extracted by diethyl ether or ethyl acetate .Meth-ods:Using diethyl ether or ethyl acetate as the extracted solvents , the vitro cytotoxicity on HepG2, EC9706,and TPC-1 cells was conducted based on the above kinds of extracts by MTT method .Results: The proliferation inhibition rates of three kinds of tumor cells induced by two Isodon excisoides extracts were different (P<0.001).The extracts of diethyl e-ther and ethyl acetate had different IC50 of HepG2, EC9706,and TPC-1 cells(t=46.038,5.938,5.744,P<0.05).Con-clusion:Isodon excisoides diethyl ether extract and ethyl acetate extract show better antitumor effects .
