目的：分析社区护理管理式健康教育对高血压防治的效果。方法在社区自愿参与高血压防治健康教育活动的20387人中抽选300例血压异常者进行健康教育，12个月后对干预效果进行分析。结果经社区护理管理式健康教育干预，300例血压异常者整体血压水平收缩压、舒张压均有了下降；血压异常在健康教育后发生显著下降，与干预前比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；同时其治疗率与控制率均得到显著提升，组间各项数据比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；经问卷调查后表明，所有参与本次社区护理管理式健康教育的300例高血压异常者其高血压诊断标准知晓率从原来的22.7%上升到了69.7%，组间数据比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论社区护理管理式健康教育可显著提高血压异常者对高血压相关知识的知晓率，改善其不良生活习惯，促进血压相关知识的普及，取得更好疗效。

Objective To anlysze the effect of community health education on nursing management of hypertension prevention. Methods The 300 abnormal blood pressure with health education had chronic hypertension prevention voluntary participation in community health education activities 20387 people, to anlysze the effect of intervention after 12 months. Results Managed health care through community education intervention ,the 300 abnormal blood pressure overall level of blood pressure systolic and dias-tolic blood pressure were the decline;Abnormal blood pressure occurred after a significant decline in health education, the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the survey showed that all involved in tjis community care management health edu-cation 300 patients with abnormal blood pressure of hypertension awareness diagnostic criteria from the original 22.7percent to 69.7percnt, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Community care management health education can sig-nificantly raise blood pressure abnormalities hypertension related knowledge awareness, improve their bad habits, the promotion of universal knowledge of blood pressure and achieve better results.
