为研究吉林地区野生紫丁香蘑生物学特性,分别从温度、pH值、碳源、氮源、单色光、无机盐及维生素7个影响因素,对紫丁香蘑菌丝体的生物学特性进行研究。结果表明:该菌株最适生长温度为20℃,最适pH值为6.0,最适碳、氮源分别为麦芽糖和牛肉膏,在菌丝生长过程中施加合适的光照有利于菌丝生长,添加一定量的硫酸镁和VB1也对菌丝生长有一定的促进作用。正交试验进一步表明菌丝体最佳生长条件为麦芽糖、20℃、pH值6.0、VB1、牛肉膏、硫酸镁、蓝光。

In order to explore the biology characteristics of local wild Lepista nuda, we studied biology characteristics of Lepista nuda mycelium from seven influencing factors including temperature, pH value, carbon source, nitrogen source, mono-chromatic light, inorganic salt and vitamin.The most suitable growth temperature, for this bacterial strain was 20℃, the most suitable pH value was 6.0, and the most suitable carbon and nitrogen source were maltose and beef extract, respec-tively.It is beneficial for the growth of mycelium by applying appropriate lighting, and favorable for the growth of mycelium by adding a certain amount of magnesium sulfate and VB1.The best growth conditions for mycelium are maltose, 20℃, 6.0 of pH, VB1, beef extract, magnesium sulfate and blue light.
