健康干预是目前健康管理5个环节中最薄弱的环节。该研究以泸州市为例通过问卷调查法等，摸清了泸州市健康干预工作现状：从业人员结构日趋合理、市民生活方式令人担忧、落实方案市民渴望监督、干预从业者积极性欠佳、干预内容偏重疾病管理、信息化的程度亟待提升，并提出应加快健康体检发展步伐、发挥中医健康养生优势、加大信息化建设力度、夯实社区医疗服务基础、浓厚市民健康养生氛围等对策，以此提升健康管理效果，提升市民健康素质，提升城市形象，为经济发展注入新的活力。
