以4个杂种榛品种的1年生盆栽苗为材料对其进行干旱胁迫,分别取样测定相对含水量、相对电导率、丙二醛( MDA)质量摩尔浓度、游离脯氨酸质量分数和超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)活性,研究其变化规律和差异性,结合隶属函数法对其抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明:随干旱胁迫时间的延长,新榛3号叶缘发黄,新榛2号和新榛4号稍有发黄,新榛1号叶片没有明显变化。4个品种的相对含水量均呈下降趋势;相对电导率升高;游离脯氨酸质量分数和丙二醛质量摩尔浓度均呈先增后降的趋势;SOD活性呈先升高后下降的趋势,且4个品种的各个指标变化幅度均不相同。各品种间相对含水量、相对电导率和丙二醛质量摩尔浓度差异极显著;游离脯氨酸质量分数差异显著;SOD活性差异不显著。综合分析各品种的抗旱性生理指标,得出其抗旱性由强到弱依次为:新榛1号、新榛2号、新榛4号、新榛3号。 SOD活性不宜作为评价杂种榛抗旱性的单一指标,相对含水量、相对电导率、MDA质量摩尔浓度和游离脯氨酸质量分数可作为杂种榛抗旱性评价的指标。

We used the potted seedlings of four varieties of Corylus heterophylla ×C.avellna Hybrid Hazels hybrid hazelnut in drought stress to determine relative water content, relative conductivity, malondialdehyde ( MDA) molality, mass fraction of free proline ( Pro) and superoxide dismutase activity in leaves.We analyzed the difference and regularity of changes, and evaluated the drought resistance by subordinate function values.With the prolonged drought stress time, the leaf mar-gin of Xinzhen 3 appeared yellowing, the leaf margin of Xinzhen 2 and Xinzhen 4 yellowed slightly, and the leaves of Xinzhen 1 appeared no obvious change.Relative water content of four varieties showed the lower trend.The relative con-ductivity was elevated.The content of free Pro and MDA molality showed the trend of first increased and then decreased. SOD activity showed the trend of first increased and then decreased.The indicators of four varieties were not at the same magnitude of change.We evaluated the index of four varieties by analysis of variance, and the relative water content, rela-tive conductivity and MDA molality were very significant difference among the varieties, and the content of free Pro was significant differences.The difference of SOD activity was not significant.The drought resistance descending order of four breeds was Xinzhen 1, Xinzhen 2, Xinzhen 4 and Xinzhen 3.Therefore, SOD could not be served as a reference index of drought-resistance appraisal for hybrid hazel.Relative water content, relative conductivity, MDA molality and mass fraction of free Pro could be served as reference indexes of drought-resistance appraisal for hybrid hazel.
