将激光原理与实验相结合,测量了自由运转钬激光的脉冲能量、脉冲宽度和重复频率,并增加了聚焦激光剥蚀铁靶的实验。用氟化钙凸透镜将钬激光器输出激光聚焦在铁靶材表面,在体式显微镜下观察剥蚀后凹坑形貌。实验结果表明:短脉宽的激光用于剥蚀靶材凹坑的深径比大,无明显热损伤或机械性损伤,表面光滑且无剥蚀物沉积。
將激光原理與實驗相結閤,測量瞭自由運轉鈥激光的脈遲能量、脈遲寬度和重複頻率,併增加瞭聚焦激光剝蝕鐵靶的實驗。用氟化鈣凸透鏡將鈥激光器輸齣激光聚焦在鐵靶材錶麵,在體式顯微鏡下觀察剝蝕後凹坑形貌。實驗結果錶明:短脈寬的激光用于剝蝕靶材凹坑的深徑比大,無明顯熱損傷或機械性損傷,錶麵光滑且無剝蝕物沉積。
장격광원리여실험상결합,측량료자유운전화격광적맥충능량、맥충관도화중복빈솔,병증가료취초격광박식철파적실험。용불화개철투경장화격광기수출격광취초재철파재표면,재체식현미경하관찰박식후요갱형모。실험결과표명:단맥관적격광용우박식파재요갱적심경비대,무명현열손상혹궤계성손상,표면광활차무박식물침적。
Parameters of free‐running holmium∶YAG laser ,such as energy ,pulse duration and frequency ,were measured .The output laser pulses were coupled into surface of iron plate using a CaF2 lens .The crater profile was measured by a stereomicroscope .The experimental results indicated that high ratio of depth and diameter of crater could be obtained when ablating the iron plate with nar‐row laser pulse ,the crater had no obvious thermal damage or mechanical damage ,and the surface was smooth with no deposition .
