为了在缺少统计数据的情况下得到圆锥齿轮的可靠性,探讨了一个可行的方法,以常规圆锥齿轮的机械设计公式做基础,以其设计参数作为随机变量,并将从设计手册中查得的有关数据。最后运用由应力-强度干涉理论,概率论与数理统计的知识和变差系数法推导出的公式计算出圆锥齿轮的可靠性。以调制合金钢40Cr的圆锥齿轮为例,通过查阅资料得到其应力与强度均服从对数正态分布,并通过推导出的公式得到其齿面接触疲劳强度下的可靠度为0.8709,大小齿轮的齿根弯曲疲劳强度下的齿轮可靠度分别为0.98778,0.98956。结果表明该例子中的锥齿轮可靠度较高,与实际工况相吻合。

In order to get the reliability of bevel gear in the absence of statistical data, the paper discusses a possible method which is based on a foundation of conventional design formulas and use their design parameters as random variables which can be gotten from the design manual. Finally, use the formula which is deduced by the stress-strength interference theory and the knowledge of Probability theory and mathematical statistics and Coefficient of variation to do the reliability design. In this paper, we use the bevel gears of modulation of alloy for the example. We obtain the information that gears' stress and strength are lognormal distribution according to some relevant documents. Then we got the reliability of the little gear's contact fatigue strength of tooth surface is 0.8709,and the reliability of the little bear and big bear's tooth root bending fatigue strength were 0.9878 and 0.9896.The results shows that the gears'reliabilities are high, and consistent with the actual working conditions.
