为了评估战术导弹高海情条件下的性能,提出了将层次分析法(AHP)和模糊评价法相结合的综合评估方法。以反舰导弹为例,确定了高海情条件下性能评估指标体系,使用AHP方法确定评估指标体系中各指标的权重,使用模糊评价方法进行综合评估,从而得到基于试验数据的评估结论。
為瞭評估戰術導彈高海情條件下的性能,提齣瞭將層次分析法(AHP)和模糊評價法相結閤的綜閤評估方法。以反艦導彈為例,確定瞭高海情條件下性能評估指標體繫,使用AHP方法確定評估指標體繫中各指標的權重,使用模糊評價方法進行綜閤評估,從而得到基于試驗數據的評估結論。

To evaluate the performance of tactical missile under heavy sea state condition,a synthesize evaluation meth-od combining Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with Fuzzy Evaluation Method (FEM) is given in this paper. Taking anti-ship missile as example, the performance evaluation index system under heavy sea state condition is con-firmed. AHP method is used to decide the weight of each index in the evaluation index system. FEM is used to make a synthesize evaluation,and the evaluation conclusion is deduced based on the test data ultimately.
