高血压及心脑肾疾病的患病率随着经济的发展、生活环境的改善以及城市化和老龄化等众多原因,一直呈增长趋势,已成为世界范围内最重要的公共卫生问题之一.肾胺酶是近期发现的主要由肾分泌的黄素腺嘌呤二核苷酸依赖的胺氧化酶,有着重要的血液动力学作用,可以降低血液动力学参数如:血压、心率、心肌收缩力和血管紧张度,与肾病及高血压密切相关.本文就肾胺酶的研究概况作一综述.

With the development of economy,the improvement of living environment,urbanization,aging and so on,the prevalence of high blood pressure and cardio-cerebral renal diseases has been rising,which becomes one of the most important public health problem worldwide.Recently-discovered renalase is mainly secreted by the kidney,is a kind of flavin adenine dinucleotide-dependent amine oxidase,and has an important role in reducing the hemodynamic parameters,such as blood pressure,heart rate,myocardial contraction force and vascular tone,and thus is closely associated with kidney disease and high blood pressure.This review highlights the progress in studying renalase,particularly the correlation of renalase gene polymorphisms with hypertension,cardiovascular and kidney diseases.
