本文运用数据包络分析了中国玉米工业深加工消费行业的生产效率，发现玉米酒精系列产品加工业的纯技术和规模效率均达到较高水平，玉米淀粉系列产品加工业的纯技术效率较低且规模效率较低，因此需要淘汰落后产能、扩大企业规模来提高整个行业收益水平。
本文運用數據包絡分析瞭中國玉米工業深加工消費行業的生產效率，髮現玉米酒精繫列產品加工業的純技術和規模效率均達到較高水平，玉米澱粉繫列產品加工業的純技術效率較低且規模效率較低，因此需要淘汰落後產能、擴大企業規模來提高整箇行業收益水平。
본문운용수거포락분석료중국옥미공업심가공소비행업적생산효솔，발현옥미주정계렬산품가공업적순기술화규모효솔균체도교고수평，옥미정분계렬산품가공업적순기술효솔교저차규모효솔교저，인차수요도태락후산능、확대기업규모래제고정개행업수익수평。
Taking the production efficiency of China's maize deep processing industry as goal , using the method of data envelopment analysis , this paper studied the overall production efficiency , pure technical production efficiency and scale production efficiency of the maize starch processing industry and maize alcohol processing industry . It showed that the technical and scale efficiency of processing in-dustry of alcohol products was high , and the technical efficiency of processing industry of starch products was lower and the scale efficiency was needed to be improved , so it is a feasible way to improve the industry earnings by expanding business scale .
