目的：分析优质护理在腰椎爆裂骨折合并神经损伤患者中的应用效果。方法选取100例腰椎爆裂骨折合并神经损伤患者，采取随机数字表分为常规护理组与优质护理组，观察两种不同护理方法的不良反应发生率以及患者的生活质量情况，并评价患者满意度。结果常规护理组不良反应发生率34.0％，优质护理组为14.0％，优质护理组较常规护理组明显降低（χ2＝4.68，P＜0.05）。常规护理组生活质量总分（90.8±16.5）分，优质护理组为（96.7±14.6）分，差异有统计学意义（t＝4.21，P＜0.05）。常规护理组满意度66.00％，优质护理组为98.00％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝5.67，P＜0.05）。结论在常规护理基础上加强腰椎爆裂骨折合并神经损伤患者的优质护理，不仅可进一步提升护理质量，减少术后各种不良反应的发生率，同时可提高患者的的生活质量，值得推广与应用。
목적：분석우질호리재요추폭렬골절합병신경손상환자중적응용효과。방법선취100례요추폭렬골절합병신경손상환자，채취수궤수자표분위상규호리조여우질호리조，관찰량충불동호리방법적불량반응발생솔이급환자적생활질량정황，병평개환자만의도。결과상규호리조불량반응발생솔34.0％，우질호리조위14.0％，우질호리조교상규호리조명현강저（χ2＝4.68，P＜0.05）。상규호리조생활질량총분（90.8±16.5）분，우질호리조위（96.7±14.6）분，차이유통계학의의（t＝4.21，P＜0.05）。상규호리조만의도66.00％，우질호리조위98.00％，차이유통계학의의（χ2＝5.67，P＜0.05）。결론재상규호리기출상가강요추폭렬골절합병신경손상환자적우질호리，불부가진일보제승호리질량，감소술후각충불량반응적발생솔，동시가제고환자적적생활질량，치득추엄여응용。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of high quality nursing in patients with lumbar spine burst fracture merge nerve damage and patients'life quality. Methods Clinical data of 100 cases of bone surgery patients with lumbar spine burst fracture merge nerve damage who received treatment in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were analyzed. The patients were divided into the routine nursing group and the high quality nursing group according to the random table method. The incidence of adverse reaction and patients'life quality under the two different nursing methods were observed and com‐pared ,and the patients'satisfaction was evaluated. Results In the routine nursing group ,the incidence of adverse reactions was 34.0% and 14% in the high quality nursing group ,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the high quality nursing group was significantly lower than that of in the conventional nursing group ,there was a statistical difference (χ2 = 4.68 ,P< 0.05). In the conventional nursing group ,the score of life quality was (90.8 ± 16.5) points and (96.7 ± 14.6) points in the high quali‐ty nursing group ,the quality of life had improved more significantly in the high quality nursing group than that of the routine nursing group ,there was a statistical difference (t= 4.21 , P< 0.05). In the conventional nursing group ,the satisfaction was 66.00% and 98.00% in the high quality nursing group ,which improved more significantly in the high quality nursing group , there was a statistical difference (χ2 = 5.67 , P < 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional nursing ,strengthen the quality care of patients for lumbar spine burst fracture merge nerve damage ,not only can further enhance nursing quality ,re‐duce the incidence of postoperative various adverse reactions ,and at the same time it can improve the patients 'quality of life , which is worth for popularization and application widely.
