通过建立铝合金烤盘压铸件充型和凝固过程的数学物理模型,对充型和凝固过程进行模拟。比较改进前和改进后方案的不同模拟结果,预测缺陷的产生,并与实际生产状况对比。结果显示,数值模拟结果较为准确,可作为改进压铸模设计的依据。由此建立的压铸模CAE体系可使产品废品率降到2%以下,模具生产周期缩短一半左右。

Simulation of filling and solidification of aluminum alloy roasting pan was done through mathematical and physical model of casting filling and solidification. Results of original project and new one were listed and defects were predicted. All mentioned were compared with real manufacture. The results indicated that numerical simulation was accu-rate and could be on the basis of improving die casting design. With the help of Simulation Analysis System of Die Casting CAE,die casting reject rate was reduced to 2% and the production cycle of the mold was shorten by about half.
