In this paper,the traditional methods of mining technology demand of enterprise and the characteristics of several aspects of technology demand were analyzed ,and several new mining methods were proposed. The study of this paper is of great significance at how to mining real and effective technology demand of enterprises ,promote scientific achievements transformation ,and improve the industry-university-research innovation ability.
