目的：建立不同角度上颌中切牙桩核冠修复后的三维有限元模型。方法：利用薄层CT技术，对符合牙体解剖学数据的上颌中切牙进行扫描，与AutoCAD和Anasys Workbench软件相结合，建立不同角度上颌中切牙桩核冠三维有限元的模型。结果：建立了上颌中切牙桩核冠修复及牙冠向唇、舌侧改向的三维有限元模型。结论：为建立不同角度上颌中切牙桩核冠的三维有限元模型提供了一种简便、精确的方法。
목적：건립불동각도상합중절아장핵관수복후적삼유유한원모형。방법：이용박층CT기술，대부합아체해부학수거적상합중절아진행소묘，여AutoCAD화Anasys Workbench연건상결합，건립불동각도상합중절아장핵관삼유유한원적모형。결과：건립료상합중절아장핵관수복급아관향진、설측개향적삼유유한원모형。결론：위건립불동각도상합중절아장핵관적삼유유한원모형제공료일충간편、정학적방법。
Objective To construct three dimensional element models of maxillary central incisor restored with post-core crowns at various angles. Methods Thin-layer CT technique combined with AutoCAD and Ansys Workbench software were used to construct three dimensional finite element model of maxillary central incisor restored with post-core crowns at various angles. Results Models of maxillary central incisor restored with post-core crowns at various angles were created,including labial and lingual inclined models. Conclusion A more precise and convenient method is found to reconstruct three dimensional element models of maxillary central incisor restored with post-core crowns at various angles.
