目的：比较鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术联合硅胶置管与否的疗效。方法：回顾分析72例慢性泪囊炎患者的手术效果，其中35例行鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术，37例联合硅胶置管。结果：鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术治愈30例，复发5例，有效治愈率85.7%，联合硅胶置管治愈35例，好转2例，治愈率94.6%，总有效率达100%， P＞0.05，两组比较差异无统计学意义，总有效率P＜0.05，两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论：鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术疗效与联合硅胶置管接近，但手术有效率显著提高。
목적：비교비내경하비강루낭조공술연합규효치관여부적료효。방법：회고분석72례만성루낭염환자적수술효과，기중35례행비내경하비강루낭문합술，37례연합규효치관。결과：비내경하비강루낭조공술치유30례，복발5례，유효치유솔85.7%，연합규효치관치유35례，호전2례，치유솔94.6%，총유효솔체100%， P＞0.05，량조비교차이무통계학의의，총유효솔P＜0.05，량조비교차이유통계학의의。결론：비내경하비강루낭조공술료효여연합규효치관접근，단수술유효솔현저제고。
Objective To compare the effects of endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy with silica gel putting or no on chronic dacryocystitis. Methods 72 cases were studied retrospectively including 35 cases on endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy and 37 cases on associated with silica gel putting. Results 30 cases were cured(85.7%)on endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy and 35 cases were cured (94.6 %)on associated with silica gel putting.There was no statistical significance in two groups( P>0.05).While there was statistical significance in two groups on effective power(P<0.05). Conclusion The effects of endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy associated with silica gel putting is elevate significantly.It is an effective mini-invasive operation with less damage.
