在微电子专业本科教学中,实践教学是培养具有全面高素质本科毕业生实践能力的重要环节。文章提出通过优化课程设置和完善课程规范、建立专业实验课程体系和特色、调整课程内容和教学组织方式,有利于解决学生专业知识涵盖面和专业特长的矛盾、解决学生理论知识和实践能力培养的矛盾,更加有效的培养较高工程性和实践能力的本科学生。

In the undergraduate students education of Microelectronics ,practicality teaching is an important part of a comprehensive ability for a high-quality graduate. By improving the curriculum setup and standards , constructing the experimental course system and features ,and adjusting the content and teaching organization of the courses ,the contradictions between the students'knowledge coverage and expertise ,the contradictions between the theoretical knowledge and practical capacity can be resolved ,and thus a more effective training of the practicalities for the undergraduate students can be obtained.
