目的：探讨皮肤扩张术治疗颜面部大面积黑色素痣方法及临床效果。方法：对2007年5月～2014年5月入院的颜面部大面积黑色素痣的患者，在病变周围或远离病变区（额部、胸三角区、上臂内侧）进行2～3个月皮肤预扩张，应用扩张皮瓣修复病变切除后组织缺损。结果：用本方法治疗24例，1例皮瓣发生远侧血运障碍，皮瓣远端皮肤坏死2cm×2cm，换药后创面愈合遗留瘢痕，2例配合植皮术修复，21例修复后皮肤色泽、质地、厚度均与周围皮肤一致。结论：皮肤扩张术是一种治疗大面积颜面部黑色素痣安全效果好的方法。
목적：탐토피부확장술치료안면부대면적흑색소지방법급림상효과。방법：대2007년5월～2014년5월입원적안면부대면적흑색소지적환자，재병변주위혹원리병변구（액부、흉삼각구、상비내측）진행2～3개월피부예확장，응용확장피판수복병변절제후조직결손。결과：용본방법치료24례，1례피판발생원측혈운장애，피판원단피부배사2cm×2cm，환약후창면유합유류반흔，2례배합식피술수복，21례수복후피부색택、질지、후도균여주위피부일치。결론：피부확장술시일충치료대면적안면부흑색소지안전효과호적방법。
Objective To discuss the method and effect of treating giant facial melanocytic nevi with skin expansion. Methods From May 2007 to May 2014,we treated all hospitalized patients who were with giant facial melanocytic nevi with soft tissue expansion.The expanders were implanted into around lesion or into distal aera of lesion(forehead,the upper arm,deltopectoral aera)and been expanding for 2-3 months,and expanded flaps were transferred to repair the detect. Results 24 cases were treated with this method,2cm×2cm necrosis of the distal end of flap accured in 1 case,which were healed with scar after dressing,2 cases were treated combine with skin graft,21cases recomed will in which the color,texture,thickness of repaired area were in accordance with around skin. Conclusion Skin expansion treatment is a safe and effective method of treating giant facial melanocytic nevi.
