政治文明是一个系统的结构性概念，政治的体系性决定了政治文明评价标准体系建构的可能性。依据从政治的历史逻辑、国别比较、外部关系及内在结构中概括出的确定政治文明评价标准的原则，勾勒出政治文明评价标准体系。此体系不仅在理论层面有所成就，而且更应该在实践中发挥它的社会功能。
政治文明是一箇繫統的結構性概唸，政治的體繫性決定瞭政治文明評價標準體繫建構的可能性。依據從政治的歷史邏輯、國彆比較、外部關繫及內在結構中概括齣的確定政治文明評價標準的原則，勾勒齣政治文明評價標準體繫。此體繫不僅在理論層麵有所成就，而且更應該在實踐中髮揮它的社會功能。
정치문명시일개계통적결구성개념，정치적체계성결정료정치문명평개표준체계건구적가능성。의거종정치적역사라집、국별비교、외부관계급내재결구중개괄출적학정정치문명평개표준적원칙，구륵출정치문명평개표준체계。차체계불부재이론층면유소성취，이차경응해재실천중발휘타적사회공능。
Political civilization is a systematically structural concept, and the systemic characteristics of politics determine the possibility of construction of evaluation standard system of political civilization. The evaluation standard system of political civilization is sketched out based on the principles of determining the evaluation standards of political civilizations summed up from the historical logic, the national comparison, and the external relations and internal structure. The system not only has achievements in the theory, but also should be given full play to its social function in practice.
