本试验研究了不同添加水平螺旋藻对乌鬃鹅免疫器官重、禽流感抗体效价、血液生化指标等的影响。选取300只1日龄的乌鬃鹅,随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只(公母各半),对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加1%、2%、3%、4%的螺旋藻,试验为期63 d。结果显示:添加不同水平螺旋藻对乌鬃鹅的胸腺指数、禽流感抗体效价(除免疫后第33天)、甘油三酯、谷丙转氨酶、尿素氮、肌酐、磷含量无显著影响(P>0.05);随着添加量的提高,脾脏指数分别提高5.4%、30.1%、36.6%、37.6%;添加螺旋藻后,法氏囊指数提高14%以上;免疫后第33天各试验组禽流感抗体效价分别比对照组提高5.37%、15.8%、21.2%、26.38%;4%添加组白蛋白显著高于对照组6.98%(P<0.05);总蛋白以2%添加组最高,比3%和4%添加组高4.42%、4.07%;总胆固醇含量降低了5.23%~26.36%;碱性磷酸酶下降幅度为14.33%~24.00%;血清葡萄糖含量在添加量为2%时最低,比对照组降低9.26%;2%和3%添加组钙含量分别显著高于对照组10.04%、6.43%(P<0.05)。由此得出,螺旋藻可以在一定程度上提高乌鬃鹅的免疫器官指数,增加抗体效价,并能提高血清总蛋白含量,降低总胆固醇含量,调节血糖,降低肝脏毒性,低水平添加(2%~3%)效果更明显。

본시험연구료불동첨가수평라선조대오종아면역기관중、금류감항체효개、혈액생화지표등적영향。선취300지1일령적오종아,수궤분성5조,매조3개중복,매개중복20지(공모각반),대조조사위기출일량,시험조분별재기출일량중첨가1%、2%、3%、4%적라선조,시험위기63 d。결과현시:첨가불동수평라선조대오종아적흉선지수、금류감항체효개(제면역후제33천)、감유삼지、곡병전안매、뇨소담、기항、린함량무현저영향(P>0.05);수착첨가량적제고,비장지수분별제고5.4%、30.1%、36.6%、37.6%;첨가라선조후,법씨낭지수제고14%이상;면역후제33천각시험조금류감항체효개분별비대조조제고5.37%、15.8%、21.2%、26.38%;4%첨가조백단백현저고우대조조6.98%(P<0.05);총단백이2%첨가조최고,비3%화4%첨가조고4.42%、4.07%;총담고순함량강저료5.23%~26.36%;감성린산매하강폭도위14.33%~24.00%;혈청포도당함량재첨가량위2%시최저,비대조조강저9.26%;2%화3%첨가조개함량분별현저고우대조조10.04%、6.43%(P<0.05)。유차득출,라선조가이재일정정도상제고오종아적면역기관지수,증가항체효개,병능제고혈청총단백함량,강저총담고순함량,조절혈당,강저간장독성,저수평첨가(2%~3%)효과경명현。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of spirulina in diets on the immune organ weight,avian influenza antibody titer and blood biochemical indice of Wuzong geese.Three hundred 1-day-old Wuzong geese were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates of 20 each (each half of the male and female).The control group was fed a basal diet,and experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 1%,2%,3%,4%spirulina powder,respectively.The experiment lasted for 63 days.The results showed as follow:there were no significant changes in thymus index,avian influenza antibody titer(except the 33th day after immunization),triglyceride(TG),glutamic pyruvic transaminase (ALT),urea nitrogen (BUN),creatinine (Cr)and phosphorus (P)among the five groups (P > 0.05);with the increasing of adding amount,the spleen index increased by 5.4%,30.1%,36.6% and 37.6% respectively;after adding spirulina,bursa of fabricius index increased by more than 14%;avian influenza antibody titer after 33 days immunization increased by 5.37%,15.8%,21.2%,15.8% in the experimental groups,compared with control group, respectively;albumin (ALB)improved significantly by 6.98% when spirulina adding level was 4%(P < 0.05);the total protein (TP)met its maximum when spirulina adding level was 2%,which was 4.42%and 4.07%higher than 3%and 4%adding groups,respectively;Total cholesterol (TC)content was reduced by 5.23% ~ 26.36%;Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) declined by 14.33% ~ 14.33%;Serum glucose (Glu)was at least 9.26% lower than that of control group with the adding amount of 2%;Calcium (Ca)content in 2% and 3% adding groups were significantly increased by 10.04% and 6.43%, compared with the control group (P < 0.05).It was concluded that spirulina could improve the immune organ indices, increase antibody titer,raise total protein of serum,lower total cholesterol,regulate blood sugar,reduce liver toxicity and so on,but the lower adding level(2%~3%) was more effective.
