采用问卷调查的方式探索了农民工养老模式选择的现状，并且通过建立logistic模型分析了影响农民工养老模式选择的因素，最后得出相关结论。农民工养老问题关系着亿万农民工的未来，也是完善中国社会养老保障制度的关键。目前农民工的养老模式主要有自我养老、家庭养老和社会养老三种。
採用問捲調查的方式探索瞭農民工養老模式選擇的現狀，併且通過建立logistic模型分析瞭影響農民工養老模式選擇的因素，最後得齣相關結論。農民工養老問題關繫著億萬農民工的未來，也是完善中國社會養老保障製度的關鍵。目前農民工的養老模式主要有自我養老、傢庭養老和社會養老三種。

Using questionnaire explored the current status of migrant workers′pension mode selection ,and by establishing a logistic model to analyze the factors affecting the pension mode selection of migrant workers in this paper , and concluded that migrant worker pension problem concerning the future of mil-lions of migrant workers ,and was the key to perfect China′s social endowment insurance system .Current retirement patterns of migrant workers are mainly self support ,family support and endowment of the three .
