以“碳交易”为研究视角，对目前我国高碳企业在技术创新中可能面临的制约因素作了较为全面的综述，从意识、技术、人才、资金、政策等几个方面进行分析和归纳。基于分析结果，对存在的风险和机遇提出了一些应对策略，希望能为我国企业寻求一条符合低碳经济发展的技术创新模式提供帮助。

Based on the "carbon trading"as the research angle of view , high carbon enterprise in our country would face the restricting factors in technological innovation .It made acomprehensive review and analysis from the consciousness ,technology,talent,capital,policy and other aspects .As the results of the analysis and the review ,some strategies for the risks and opportunities were produced ,and these strategies may be used for getting a technological innovation pattern which fits the development of low carbon econo -my.
