住院医师规范化培养是培养临床医生的继续医学教育重心，是培养后续医生的必要手段，也是提高整体医疗水平的举措，但是由于体制学制不同，无法直接借鉴国外成熟的培养模式与方法，需要我们在现有基础上达到最佳的培养效果，因此，明确培养的目标与方向，教学中注重理论知识与临床示范结合，特殊检查与鉴别诊断结合，发挥临床导师的指导作用，发挥医生自主学习能力，训练医生完成显微操作和检查治疗操作，并且及时地反馈与改进，是眼科住院医师规范化培养现阶段较合适的教学理念。

Standardized resident training is the center of continuing medical education, an essential part of our en-deavors to help young ophthalmologists to grow, and an important measure to ensure the overall high quality of our medical care in a long haul.However, foreign training systems and methods cannot be directly applied in China because of the fun-damental differences in healthcare and education structure.We need to develop such a system based on and according to our existing resources.In general, we encourage clear and structured training targets, combination of knowledge and rele-vant clinical practice, and focused ophthalmic examinations that lead to differential diagnosis.Timely feedback and adjust-ment of such educational programs are also important.These features play important roles in clinical tutoring and are helpful to motivate self-learning in residents.
