目的：分析拉贝洛尔联合血栓通治疗妊娠期高血压合并脑出血的临床效果。方法选择2011‐10—2014‐02我院妊娠期高血压合并脑出血患者98例为研究对象，随机分为2组各49例。对照组静滴拉贝洛尔葡萄糖溶液并常规手段治疗高血压脑出血；观察组在此基础上联用血栓通注射液。比较2组治疗前后舒张压、收缩压以及神经功能损伤情况的变化，并对比产妇分娩情况以及产后并发症情况。结果观察组较对照组舒张压、收缩压显著降低，神经功能损伤程度明显好转，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组产妇成功分娩率明显高于对照组，产后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论拉贝洛尔联合血栓通是治疗妊娠期高血压合并脑出血的有效手段。
목적：분석랍패락이연합혈전통치료임신기고혈압합병뇌출혈적림상효과。방법선택2011‐10—2014‐02아원임신기고혈압합병뇌출혈환자98례위연구대상，수궤분위2조각49례。대조조정적랍패락이포도당용액병상규수단치료고혈압뇌출혈；관찰조재차기출상련용혈전통주사액。비교2조치료전후서장압、수축압이급신경공능손상정황적변화，병대비산부분면정황이급산후병발증정황。결과관찰조교대조조서장압、수축압현저강저，신경공능손상정도명현호전，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。관찰조산부성공분면솔명현고우대조조，산후병발증발생솔명현저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론랍패락이연합혈전통시치료임신기고혈압합병뇌출혈적유효수단。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of labetalol and Xueshuantong in the treatment of gestational hyper‐tension combined with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 98 patients with gestational hypertension combined with cerebral hemor‐rhage in our hospital from October 2011 to February 2014 were selected research object ,and were randomly divided into control group (intravenous labetalol routine glucose solution combined the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage)and ob‐servation group(given Xueshuantong injection on the basis of control group) ,49 cases in each group ;then the diastolic blood pressure ,systolic blood pressure and changes in neurological damage ,and the comparison of maternity before and after treat‐ment was analyzed and compared. Results The diastolic blood pressure ,systolic blood pressure were significantly reduced ,the degree of neurological impairment of observation group was shorter than that of control group ,the incidence of complications was lower than that of control group ,all P< 0.05. Conclusion Labetalol and Xueshuantong is an effective method in the treat‐ment of gestational hypertension and cerebral hemorrhage.
