以2011－2013年沪深两市央企上市公司的财务数据为依据，分别运用回归分析和实证研究的方法来检验应用经济增加值（ EVA）考核对企业价值所产生的影响。研究结果表明，EVA考核对企业价值的提升具有积极作用。原因在于经济增加值可以凸显企业的真实盈利情况，因此在央企推行经济增加值考核具有重要的现实意义，这一举措可有效促进企业从利润管理转向价值管理，并最终达到企业价值的全面提升。

Taking the financial data of two central enterprises from Shanghai and Shenzhen during 2011 and 2013 as example ,it tested the application of EVA assessment in promoting the enterprise value by u-sing the methods of regression analysis and empirical research .The results showed that there is a positive effect of EVA on the enterprise value promotion .EVA will clearly show the real profitability of central en-terprises,so the implementation of EVA can certainly accelerate the enterprises turn from profit manage-ment to value management ,and in the end arrive to the overall enterprise value promotion .
