采用单因素试验和正交试验研究料液比、提取时间、提取温度和提取次数对刺五加多糖提取率的影响,以优化刺五加多糖的热水浸提工艺。试验结果表明:刺五加多糖在提取温度为90℃,料液比1∶25(g/mL),提取时间2.5 h,提取次数3次的条件下的提取率最高,验证试验结果显示刺五加多糖的产率最高达23.95 mg/g。

To optimize the hot water extraction procedure of polysaccharides from Acanthopanax senticosus,single factor test and orthogonal test were designed to investigate the effects of solid liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction tem-perature and extraction times on the yield of the polysaccharides.The optimal extraction parameters were as follows:the ra-tio of material to water 1∶25 (g/mL),extracted 3 times for 2.5 h each at 90 ℃in water.Under that condition,the extraction percentage was up to 23.95 mg/g.
