本文就某气象雷达对发射系统的具体要求,叙述了最新研制的X波段气象雷达发射机的构成,在满足磁控管正常工作条件的情况下,给出了发射机的技术指标,形成了发射机实现的功能框图,并对其各个部分的原理和功能进行了介绍.着重介绍了该雷达发射机采用的回扫充电、固态调制器和双线脉冲形成网络(人工线)等新技术.调制器的设计采用3只串联可控硅作为放电开关(固态调制器),高压电源对它进行回扫充电;1μS矩形脉冲采用双线人工线形成,并给出了严格的理论分析,得到了可靠的调制器设计参数.结果证明文中的逻辑分析和参数选择是合理的,满足工程设计要求.

A new X-band meteorological radar transmitter developed recently is described in this paper. At first this paper conforms to the requirements of the Magnetron, in the course of nature work. This paper gives the technical indexes of the transmitter and its function profile for which to meet the requests of the transmitter, and also introduces the principle and function of every part in this profile. The new techniques used in this transmitter such as the Flyback charge, the solid modulator and the double line Pulse Format Net (PFN) are especially introduced. The solid state modulator design uses 3 SCRs in series as the discharge switch(solid state MOD); It is charged by the hige voltage power supply in forms of flyback charge; 1μs rectangle pulse is formed by double line PFN, specialy it gives the strict theory analyses, from here we get the reliable parameter for designing the MOD. The result proves that the logical analysis and parameters' selection are reasonable, which meets requests of practice.
