目的 对医保费用定额支出干预对临床合理用药的影响分析.方法 选用实施医保费用定额支出制度前后1个月的临床用药资料,把医疗机构合理用药评价指标中与住院费用密切相关的部分进行前后对比,对实施医保费用定额支出干预对合理用药指标的影响进行分析.评价指标主要包括:住院药占比、人均日住院药费用、平均住院日、基本药物使用率以及抗菌药物使用各相关指标等.结果 在医保费用定额支出干预后,各个用药指标都有一定的改善.结论 医保费用定额支出制度的实施,有利于控制医保统筹支出和药物费用的不合理增长,并促进临床合理用药.
