本实验研究了牛磺酸对高锰酸钾氧化溴酚蓝反应的促进作用,建立了分光光度法测定牛磺酸的新方法。结果表明:最大吸收波长为400 nm,牛磺酸浓度为0~0.15μg/mL时符合比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为6.25×105 L/mol·cm,检出限为2.63μg/L。方法用于测定饲料中牛磺酸含量,结果与高效液相色谱法一致,标准偏差为0.85%~1.31%(n=6),回收率为97.0%~101.8%。

A new spectrophotometric method for determination of taurine was developed after the promotive effect of taurine on the reaction of potassium hypermanganate oxidizing bromophenol blue was studied.The results showed that the maximum absorption wavelength located at 400 nm.The Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0~0.15μg/mL for taurine with the apparent molar absorption coefficient of 6.25 ×105 L/(mol·cm)and the detection limit of 2.63 μg/L.This method was applied to the determination of taurine content in feed.The results agreed well with those obtained by high perfor-mance liquid chromatography.The relative standard deviation was 0.85% ~ 1.31%(n=6),and the average recovery was 97.0%~101.8%.
