目的 探讨小儿贫血和佝偻病对学龄前儿童智能发育的影响.方法 选取小儿贫血学龄前儿童40例作为贫血组,小儿佝偻病学龄前儿童30例作为佝偻组,同期体检健康的学龄前儿童70例作为对照组.对三组学龄前儿童智能发育情况进行观察.结果 贫血组和佝偻组学龄前儿童操作智商、语言智商和总智商得分无明显差异(P>0.05),但均显著低于对照组学龄前儿童(P<0.05).结论 小儿贫血和佝偻病均会对学龄前儿童的智能发育产生不利影响,临床应采取积极措施,有效治疗小儿贫血和佝偻病.

Objective: To study the effect of anemia and rickets in children on intelligence development of preschool chil-dren.Methods:A total of pediatric anemia in preschool children in 40 cases as anemia and rickets in children, preschool chil-dren 30 cases as rickets group, over the same period of the physical health of preschool children in 70 cases as control group. The intelligence development of preschool children in the three groups was observed.Results: Anemia group and rickets group of school-age children before operation IQ, verbal IQ and IQ score no significant difference (P>0.05), but were significantly lower than control group in preschool children (P<0.05).Conclusion:The anemia and rickets in children will have an adverse effect on preschool children's intelligence development, clinical should take active measures and effective in the treatment of pediatric ane-mia and rickets.
