在分析物流企业竞争力内涵的基础上，总结现有关于物流企业竞争力评价的文献，并指出研究中的不足。从现有竞争力与潜在竞争力两个层面，构建出仅包含定量指标的物流企业竞争力评价指标体系。以三家典型物流上市企业为实证研究对象，通过整理获取各指标数据，借助SPSS软件采用因子分析方法得到物流上市企业竞争力评价主因子，并计算评价指标的主因子得分以及企业竞争力综合得分，依据得分结果提出物流企业竞争力的提升路径。

Based on the analysis of the connotation of logistics enterprise competitiveness,and then summarizes the existing literature about the evaluation of logistics enterprise competitiveness and points out the shortage of re-search. From the existing competitiveness and potential competitiveness,build a logistics enterprise competitiveness evaluation system which only contains the quantitative index. In three typical logistics listed companies as the object of empirical study,through obtaining the index data,using factor analysis method in SPSS software to get the com-petitiveness evaluation of main factors of listed logistics enterprise,and calculates the main factor score of evalua-tion index and comprehensive scores of enterprise competitiveness. According to the calculation result,it gives the competitiveness promotion route of typical logistics enterprise.
