目的：探讨超高度近视白内障患者白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶状体一期植入术的临床效果。方法对我院2012年1月至2014年12月216例（295只眼）超高度近视白内障患者（眼轴≥30 mm）行白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶状体一期植入术，对术后视力及并发症进行分析。结果216例（295只眼）超高度近视患者术后1周视力≥0．3者177只眼（60％），矫正视力≥0．3者207只眼（70．17％）；视力≥0．5者113只眼（38．31％），矫正视力≥0．5者152只眼（51．53％）。无严重眼部及全身并发症发生。结论白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶状体一期植入术具有手术时间短、术后视力恢复快的优点，是一种安全、可靠、疗效好的手术方式，可以适合于超高度近视白内障患者。
목적：탐토초고도근시백내장환자백내장초성유화흡제인공정상체일기식입술적림상효과。방법대아원2012년1월지2014년12월216례（295지안）초고도근시백내장환자（안축≥30 mm）행백내장초성유화흡제인공정상체일기식입술，대술후시력급병발증진행분석。결과216례（295지안）초고도근시환자술후1주시력≥0．3자177지안（60％），교정시력≥0．3자207지안（70．17％）；시력≥0．5자113지안（38．31％），교정시력≥0．5자152지안（51．53％）。무엄중안부급전신병발증발생。결론백내장초성유화흡제인공정상체일기식입술구유수술시간단、술후시력회복쾌적우점，시일충안전、가고、료효호적수술방식，가이괄합우초고도근시백내장환자。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification cataract surgery combined with in-traocular lens implantation for cataract patients with super high myopia ( ocular axial length is greater than or equal to 30 mm).Methods 216 cataract patients with super high myopia(295 eyes) accepted phacoemulsification cataract surgery combined with intraocular lens implantation from January,2012 to December, 2014 in Fuzhou South East Eye Hospital.Da-ta of visual acuity after their surgery and complications was analyzed.Results No ocular and general complications hap-pened during and after the surgery.One week after operation, naked visual acuity of 177 eyes (60%) was better than or e-qual to 0.3, Best corrected visual acuity of 207 eyes (70.17%) no less than 0.3, and there were 152 eyes (51.53%) whose best corrected visual acuity was better than or equal to 0.5.Conclusions Phacoemulsification cataract surgery com-bined with intraocular lens implantation is safe, reliable and effective for super high myopic cataract patients with short sur-gery time, less complication and rapid visual acuity recovery.
