肿瘤坏死因子?α( tumor necrosis factor?alpha, TNF?α)是一种多源性、多效性的细胞因子,参与多种病理生理活动。近年来多项研究表明TNF?α参与青光眼发病及进展。青光眼中视网膜胶质细胞被激活后,其产生细胞毒素如TNF?α, TNF?α与肿瘤坏死因子受体1(tumor necrosis factor receptor 1, TNFR1)的表达增加,从而引起视网膜神经节细胞( retinal gaglion cells, RGCs)凋亡,最终导致视神经病变。另外, TNF?α也可诱导其他细胞毒性物质产生,进而加重青光眼视神经损伤。
