目的:观察探讨泛素样小分子修饰因子?1在结直肠癌病理组织中不同表达与结直肠病变的关系。方法选取我院2011年10月~2014年11月手术或结肠镜下切除的结直肠标本共141例,其中结直肠癌组织标本64例,结直肠腺瘤组织标本57例,结直肠黏膜炎症或正常共20例。免疫组化法检测141例结直肠标本中泛素样小分子修饰因子?1表达情况,汇总分析数据得出泛素样小分子修饰因子?1与结直肠病理类型之间的联系。结果结直肠癌组织细胞阳性表达率为95?3%,结直肠腺瘤组织细胞阳性表达率为26?2%。结直肠黏膜炎症或正常组织细胞阳性表达率为10?0%。结直肠癌组织细胞阳性表达率与腺瘤及炎症或正常组织两组对比均有明显差异,具有统计学意义(腺瘤χ2值=76?97,炎症或正常组织χ2值=66?24, P<0?05)。结直肠腺瘤组织细胞阳性表达率与炎症或正常组织对比无明显差异,不具有统计学意义(χ2值=1?21, P>0?05)。结直肠癌组织泛素样小分子修饰因子?1蛋白的表达与性别、有无远处转移、癌症分期、浸润深度和组织学分级相关,有显著性差异(P<0?05)。结论泛素样小分子修饰因子?1在结直肠癌病例组织中的表达较结直肠黏膜炎症或正常结直肠黏膜明显增高,提示泛素样小分子修饰因子?1与结直肠癌密切相关,其表达程度与结直肠癌癌组织分期、浸润程度及是否向远处转移有关,具有临床提示作用,值得临床上进一步推广应用结直肠癌化疗的靶向蛋白。

Objective To observe the different expression and to investigate the relationship between colorectal lesions small ubiquitin like molecule modification factor ?1 in colorectal cancer tissues?Methods selected in our hospital in 2011 October?2014 year in November operation or co?lon endoscopic resection of colorectal specimens a total of 141 cases, including colorectal cancer tis?sue samples from 64 cases of colorectal adenoma, 57 specimens of normal colorectal mucosa inflam?mation, or a total of 20 cases?The small ubiquitin like molecule with immunohistochemical method in 141 cases of colorectal specimens modification factor?1 expression, a pooled analysis of data ob?tained between the small ubiquitin like molecule modification factor ?1 and colorectal pathological type contact?Results the colorectal carcinoma cells positive expression rate of 95?3% colorectal adenoma tissues and cells, the positive expression rate of 26?2%?The colorectal mucosa inflamma?tion or normal tissue cells, the positive expression rate of 10 %?And the rate of adenoma and nor?mal tissue inflammation or two contrast was significantly different colorectal cancer cell expression, with statistical significance ( adenoma x =76?97 value 2 , inflammation or normal tissue x =66?24= 2 , P< 0?05 ) ?The positive expression rate of colorectal adenoma tissue cells compared with normal tissue inflammation or had no obvious difference, was not statistically significant ( chi square value of 2 =1?21 , P>0?05 ) ?Sex expression in colorectal cancer tissue and small ubiquitin like molecule modification factor?1 protein, metastasis, cancer staging, depth of invasion and histolog? ical grade, there is significant difference, with statistical significance (P>0?05) ?Conclusion obviously the colorectal mucosa inflammation or normal colorectal mucosa increased expression of the small ubiquitin like molecule modification factor ?1 in colorectal cancer tissues, suggesting that the small ubiquitin like molecule modification factor?1 and colorectal cancer are closely related, its ex?pression level and colorectal cancer cancer staging, infiltration degree and whether to distant metas?tasis, with clinical tips effect, and further promote the clinical application of detection of colorectal cancer.
