利用均化矾土和电熔莫来石为主要原料,添加少量碳化硅,以铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,制备了一种新型窑口浇注料。通过其与现场刚玉-莫来石质浇注料进行对比,得出以下结论:4.8%的加水量以及粒度分布系数为0.34的新型浇注料具有较高的体积密度和常温强度;新型浇注料1400℃在基质中原位形成了大量的莫来石相使其高温抗折强度提高了10倍,高温下在基质部分生成的原位莫来石与原料中引入的柱状莫来石呈网络交叉结构,使其4%荷重软化温度提高了200℃以上;在新型浇注料配方中的电熔莫来石及碳化硅细粉,均起到了提高材料的热震稳定性及高温耐磨性的作用。
利用均化礬土和電鎔莫來石為主要原料,添加少量碳化硅,以鋁痠鈣水泥為結閤劑,製備瞭一種新型窯口澆註料。通過其與現場剛玉-莫來石質澆註料進行對比,得齣以下結論:4.8%的加水量以及粒度分佈繫數為0.34的新型澆註料具有較高的體積密度和常溫彊度;新型澆註料1400℃在基質中原位形成瞭大量的莫來石相使其高溫抗摺彊度提高瞭10倍,高溫下在基質部分生成的原位莫來石與原料中引入的柱狀莫來石呈網絡交扠結構,使其4%荷重軟化溫度提高瞭200℃以上;在新型澆註料配方中的電鎔莫來石及碳化硅細粉,均起到瞭提高材料的熱震穩定性及高溫耐磨性的作用。

A new type of castable for rotary kiln mouth is prepared by using the homogeniate bauxite and fused mullite as main raw materials,adding a small amount of silicon carbide,and calcium aluminate cement as binder. By comparing the performance of new type of castable with field use of corundum-mullite castables, following conclusion are obtained:the bulk density and cold strength with 4.8%water and 0.34 coefficient of particle size distribution are relatively high;a large number of mullite phase under 1 400℃make the high temperature bending strongth increase more than 10 times,the mullite in part of substrate under high tempera-ture and the mullite in the raw materials is network cross structure to make the 4%refractoriness under load in-crease more than 200 ℃;fused mullite and silicon carbide fine powder improve the thermal shock resis-tance and the abrasion resistance at high temperature.
