The Internet of things is called the third wave of world information industry, the Internet of things talents cultivation has been promoted to the national strategic plan of talent training. Combining the situation and problems of the opening of IOT specialty in domestic colleges and universities, analyses and compares the training target, the knowledge system and curriculum between the higher vocational education and undergraduate education, provides a new perspective of scientific and pertinence in enhancing IOT talents cultivation of different edu-cation levels.
