为研究日粮中添加维生素E对焉耆马赛后运动性能及抗氧化能力及代谢指标的影响,本试验选取运动成绩、体重、体尺、年龄相近的焉耆马11匹,随机分为3组,分别为:对照组(3匹)、试验Ⅰ组(4匹)、试验Ⅱ组(4匹)。对照组饲喂基础日粮;试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组分别在基础日粮中添加1200、1600 IU/d·匹的维生素E。试验开始第20天对各组马匹进行20 km模拟比赛,赛后30 min内测定各组试验马匹的体温、脉搏、呼吸,同时采集各试验马匹血液。试验结果表明:无论是赛后0 min还是赛后20 min,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组测得的心率均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组焉耆马血浆中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶活力分别比对照组高60.06%、75.16%(P<0.01)和31.27%、38.25%(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组丙二醛浓度均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组焉耆马血浆中尿酸浓度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组焉耆马血浆中氨态氮浓度、五羟色胺浓度均低于对照组,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,在饲料中添加维生素E,可提高焉耆马运动性能,有利于焉耆马运动后生理指标的快速恢复,提高运动后焉耆马的抗氧化能力,减缓焉耆马在运动期间的疲劳症状,本试验中每匹马维生素E的适宜添加量为1600 IU/d。

This test mainly studied the effects of supplemental different levels of Vitamin E on the motion perfor-mance,plasma antioxidant capacity and other metabolic index of Yanqi horse.A total of 11 Yanqi horses were randomly di-vided into three groups according to motion performance,body weight,body measurement and age.The control group (3 horses)was fed basal diet.Horses in the groupⅠ(4 horses) and group Ⅱ(4 horses) were fed diet supplemented with dif-ferent levels of Vitamin E (1200 IU/d and 1600 IU/d).All horses were participated in 20 km racing,on the 20th day. Temperature,heart rate,respiratory rate of all horses were measured,in 30 min after the racing.Simultaneously,blood sam-ples were collected from the jugular vein.The result showed that the heart rate value of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ was highly significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),0 min and 20 min after the racing.The plasma glutathione perox-idase,superoxide dismutase activity of groupⅠand groupⅡincreased by 60.06%,75.16%(P<0.01) and 31.27%,38.25%(P<0.05)respectively,compared with the control group;the plasma malondialdehyde concentration of group Ⅰ and groupⅡwas highly significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01);the plasma uric acid concentration of groupⅠand groupⅡwas significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05);the plasma NH3-N,5-hydroxytryptamine concentration of groupⅠand groupⅡwere lower than the control group(P>0.05).The result showed that the motion performance and plasma an-tioxidant capacity of Yanqi horse could be improved by the basal diet added different levels of Vitamin E.The physiological function of Yanqi horse could be fast recovery after exercise.The symptoms of fatigue of Yanqi horse were mitigated during the race.The propriate dosage of Vitamin E was 1600 IU/d· horse in this study.
