试验采用康奈尔净碳水化合物-蛋白质体系(CNCPS)评定山东省羊常用精饲料的营养价值。采集山东省规模养殖场的14种141个饲料样品,进行常规营养成分的测定分析,应用CNCPS对蛋白质和碳水化合物成分进行计算与分析。结果表明,各精饲料以不同蛋白质和碳水化合物组分评价的优劣次序不同,需根据不同需求进行饲料的高效利用。以蛋白质组分评定蛋白质饲料,豆粕蛋白质营养价值最高,玉米蛋白粉营养价值最低。以碳水化合物组分评定能量饲料,玉米营养价值最高,大豆皮营养价值最低。 CNCPS从蛋白质和碳水化合物两方面更精确地评定了精饲料营养价值,一定程度上反映了精饲料的营养特性。

The objective of this study was to evaluate the nutritive values of concentrates for goats in Shandong province using Cornell net carbohydrate-protein system (CNCPS).A total of 141 concentrate samples in 14 types were collected from different sites in Shandong province,and their conventional nutrition ingredients were analysed,and the classified analysis of carbohydrate and protein ingredient of feeds using CNCPS were carried on.The result indicated that the sequence of concentrates were different by different protein and carbohyrate components evaluation,and efficient feed utilization could obtained according to different requirements.The protein component evaluation of protein feed,soybean meal nutritional value was the highest,corn gluten meal nutritive value was the lowest.The carbohydrate component evaluation of carbohydrate feed,soybean meal nutritional value was the highest,corn gluten meal nutritive value was the lowest.CNCPS could evaluate the concentrates nutritive value more accurately from two aspects of protein and carbohydrates,and reflect the concentrates characteristic to some extent .
