建立了土壤中甲磺隆、氯嘧磺隆、噻吩磺隆等3种磺酰脲类除草剂的残留分析方法。经超声萃取、净化后,毛细管电泳分离测定,毛细管电泳条件:运行缓冲液为50 mmol/L 乙酸-乙酸铵(pH 值=4.8),压力进样8 s,分离电压为25 kV,紫外检测波长为245 nm。该方法在1.0~10 mg/L 范围内线性良好,回收率在82%~109%之间,平均相对标准偏差小于3%(n =6)。该方法快速、简便、重现性好,可用于土壤样品的测定。

A quantitative method was developed for the determination of residues of sulfonylurea herbicides in soils by ultrasonic extraction and capillary electrophoresis.The optimized CE conditions were as follows:applied 50 mmol/L HAc -NH4 Ac (pH 4.8)running buffer,25 kV separated voltage,8 s injection time,and 245 nm detection wavelength. The linear calibration range was 1 .0 ~1 0 mg/L and the recoveries of metsulfuron,chlorimuron ethyl and thifensulfuron methyl were 82% ~1 09%,RSD was <3% (n =6).This method was simple,rapid and reproducible.
