目的分析和探讨超声检测缺血脑卒中患者与颈动脉粥样硬化病变的相关性.方法选取我院2013年1月至2014年1月收治的40例缺血脑卒中患者作为观察组,选取同时期健康体检人员40例作为对照组,采用多普勒超声仪对全部人员进行检测,对两组受检者年龄、性别、血脂水平、踝臂指数、颈动脉斑块、狭窄、吸烟饮酒、高血压、糖尿病等因素进行分析.结果经多因素Logistic分析,颈动脉狭窄≥50%、颈动脉斑块、高血压、糖尿病、LDL-C水平踝臂指数均为缺血脑卒中高危因素.结论颈动脉粥样硬化病变是导致缺血脑卒中发生的关键因素,通过超声检查,有利于掌握颈动脉病变性质,为临床疾病的诊断、治疗及预后提供科学的参考依据.

Objective: To analyze and investigate the correlation between the ultrasonic detection of ischemic stroke and ca-rotid atherosclerosis.Methods:Selected in our hospital in 2013 from Jan uary in January of 40 cases of ischemic stroke patients as the observation group, select the same period of healthy persons in 40 cases as control group, using Doppler ultrasound to all the personnel were detected, the two groups of subjects age, gender, blood lipid level, ankle brachial index, carotid artery plaque, nar-row, smoking, drinking, hypertension, diabetes and other factors analysis.Results: By multivariate logistic analysis, carotid artery stenosis is more than or equal to 50%, neck artery plaque, hypertension, diabetes, LDL-C levels of ankle brachial index are isch-emic stroke risk factors.Conclusion:Carotid atherosclerosis is key factors leading to the occurrence of ischemic stroke, were ex-amined by ultrasonography, to grasp the nature of the lesion of carotid artery and clinical disease diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of provide scientific reference basis.
