基于西门子S7400控制器平台和TEMIC的交流变频调速装置,实现了1450 mm单机架可逆冷轧机主传动的高性能控制。采用精确的计算方法,计算可逆冷轧机的调速转矩、加速转矩和空载转矩;使用速度设定平滑处理、负荷平衡和负荷观测器方法,进一步提高控制系统的稳定性。该传动控制系统投入后运行良好,速度控制精度和动态性能达到了较高标准。

Based on Siemens S7 400 controller and TEMIC frequency converter,the high performance drive control system for 1 450 mm single-stand reversible cold mill is realized. The precise algorithms are adopted to compute the speed-regulating torque,the accelerating torque and the no-load torque of the reversible cold mill. The methods of smoothing of speed set value,load balance and load observer are used to improve the stability of the control system. The successful application of this drive control system in the single-stand reversible cold mill indicates that the accuracy and dynamic performance of speed control both reach the demanded performance indices.
